password link is sent immediately via the following:
- An email to the student email address on record
- An email to the parent email address on record (if a parent email was provided)
- A text to the student's cell phone (if the student cell phone and carrier were provided)
If you do not receive an email, check your SPAM and Junk filters.
Some email providers (school districts, AOL, Comcast, Hotmail, AT&T, etc) may block emails from TotalRegistration.net.
If you have previously tried this and did not receive an email to reset password, please use one of the other password reset options, like the Challenge Question.
